Measures from 22” to 28” at the waist (elastic), full through the hips and length is 27”. Circumference at bottom hem is 90”. Fabric is nylon with nylon net and fabric flowers. Red fabric is swooped up in the three places around the front of the bottom and a 3D fabric rose is affixed in each "swoop". No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are true red with white netting.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
