Measures 15. 5 across the shoulders, 38 through the bust, 28 at the waist, full through the hips and length is 47. Sleeves are 23 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 17. Skirt is 120 in circumference at bottom hem.

Has fit and flare shape with metal back zipper, applied braid trim down front of dress and on sleeves, V-neck back and pleated skirt. Fabric is rayon taffeta, unlined with single layer net crinoline. Label reads "Ann Marsh New York". Very good condition with no holes or stains; has been repaired under one arm and reinforced from the inside under both; it's hard to spot repair from outside. True colors are true red and black.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
