Little is known about the label "Jennifer Juniors", except that it was started in 1949 by Abraham Zapruder, a Russian immigrant. The company's office was at the Dal-Tex Building in Dallas. Jennifer Juniors, named after movie star, Jennifer Jones manufactured women's and young ladies' clothing producing the Chalet and Jennifer Juniors brands of dresses. What is notable is that Zapruder, of course, is best remembered today not for his fashion but for his amateur 8mm film of the John F. Kennedy assassination.
