Lovely navy blue 50's petticoat with tulle under layer. No tags, but looks like nylon in a dark navy blue. Elastic waist slip A lines to mid thigh and then flares out to hem. This flared section is lined with stiff navy blue net tulle with a 7" wide ruffle at the hem. Lovely 50's silhouette! Would look amazing for a twirl on the dance floor!
