Excellent condition. There are some mild foxing discolorations on the white bits.

There are a couple of tiny catches in the fabric. The only real issue is the zipper stops about 4 inches above the actual bottom, there's some bends in the metal zip there. I

Hips: 40" The actual skirt is a bit bigger due to the box pleat in back.
