1950s Navy Blue Shell Shaped Hat

Hard wire shell

small front brim

this possibly is a textured silk crepe

completely lined with a solid blue fabric which also could be silk

on the left side of the hat there is a small satin ( also could be silk) half flower design

appears to be in very good condition

21 1/2 ish" circumference- hat could sit higher or lower on head with sizing

4 1/4" crown back height

2 1/4" sort of front brim

noted I am guessing that this is silk due to the appearance and feel- I can not test
