Measures 16” across the shoulders, up to 40” through the bust, 28” at the waist, 42” through the hips and length is 47”. Sleeves are 18” long from top of shoulder to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 17”. Has small shoulder pads, notched collar with loop for top button, fitted waist, three-quarter length dolman sleeves, covered buttons down front to hip level, straight skirt with some wiggle room and hip pockets. Fabric is medium weight rayon, unlined. No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are navy and red.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
