Get a glam 50's feel, with this Spring/Fall weight coat in lovely teal green fabric...

This vintage 1950's Swing style coat features a flared silhouette, with dramatic bell sleeves and Peter Pan style collar in black velveteen. The fabric of this coat is a woven cotton blend in medium weight, with an interesting texture of black thread (with subtle dots of yellow and red) throughout the overall cool teal green color. Small black buttons dot the center front closure, and adorn the upturned cuffs, there is also a hidden button closure at center front near hem. The original lining is a lightweight black acetate fabric (the replaced lining is a heavy weight synthetic in vivid turquoise color) and there are two small pockets at either waist side. No label or maker's marks present. The overall condition is good, but with many repairs throughout and a few issues; velveteen collar has been repaired and reinforced but has a small, reinforced hole at inside, repair to a tear at upper back area, repairs throughout lining, including replaced sleeve lining, replaced buttons at center front, and left cuff button has lightened to a brown tone -instead of dark brown-black like the others. I also believe the length has been modified/shortened. Please see photographs for full details.
