These vintage clip-on earrings have a small white top, and a larger, open-centered hoop of striped plastic hanging from the clips. Perfect for a Fourth of July party! The hoop earrings are in very good condition, with one extremely tiny chip out of the center of of one earring (see photo), which should not be visible when the earrings are worn.
