Chest - Just shy of 46" (58cm) - see image - Size 43 - this likely was a 44 but has shrank slightly

Bottom Hem - Same as chest - between 45"-46" (57-58cm)

Sleeve inseam - 19" (48cm)

Length - top center back to bottom hem - 23.25" (59cm)

Length - bottom of inner collar seam to bottom hem - 22" (56cm)
