Lovely and feminine sage green cotton day dress by Harilela's of Hong Kong. Circa late 1950s.

Classic New Look styling with a fitted and darted bodice, nipped waist, and pleated skirt.

The fitted bodice features diagonal and vertical darts. Short sleeves are cut as part of the bodice with underarm gussets for ease of movement.

Nipped waist with self-fabric piping.

Wide box pleated skirt with a 124" round bottom sweep. This could be worn with a small crinoline underneath for a fuller skirt look.

Self-fabric buckle belt adjusts to fit waist sizes 24", 25" to 26".

The dress is unlined and does up the center back with a 16" long metal zipper.

SIZING: There are no size tags. I'd say this would best fit a modern Extra Small to Small (XS to S) based on the measurements below.
