This is the most amazing little number! it has green, blue and red stripes on a steel background that seems to change color in the light from almost black to light gray. There are 4 rhinestone buttons in front. It zips up the back with a metal zipper. The chest measures 18 inches under arm to under arm, the waist is 12 1/2 inches, and the length is 38 inches shoulder to hem.
