Cocktail hat or fascinator. Beautiful amber tone feathers trim this mini black velvet hat. There is a net veil, but the front part of it is mostly destroyed. At the back the net forms trimming with two smaller feathers dangling down. The hat is stiff with a wired edge to grip the head. Points down on the sides. Sexy little black hat!

- condition - Excellent condition. The netting veil is fragile and torn so would probably want to be removed or replaced. Clean with no spots or dirt.
