Domed saucer hat is made of dark velvet, draped turban style around top, rust underside lining on brim, wired under cap to hold hat in place, two plastic mock silver rhinestone buttons. Domed saucer or dish shape that sits atop the head with a fitted headpiece.

Very good condition, a few holes in underlining (see photos), One plastic silver button has what looks like rust, but they are plastic, so not sure what is going on there, buttons can be replaced or removed, velvet in wonderful shape. Also not sure if original hat had netting, as there is none .
