Its slightly stretchy in width and length.The only part that doesn't stretch is the sleeve width

Front neck to hem is 16", it hits me just a bit over belly button

laying flat :

waist is 16" wide

sleeve length is 8"

sleeve width is 5" only, smaller arm sizing (diameter) back then
