A high end classic and elegant 1950s vintage designer deep burgundy wool boucle coat with decorative large jeweled buttons and bracelet length sleeves.

A heavy weight drop shoulders coat with a high round neckline.
Large black and grey jeweled buttons adorn the front.

The sleeves are short so long gloves can be worn.
The back has a deep fold across the back that gives it a cape look.
This coat is to be loose and then taper at the hem.
It is lined in matching fabric.

It is hard to measure due to the style with the lower drop sleeves.
A larger size but with very Small shoulders as in the 1950s.
The shoulders are only 16" across.

It is meant to be loose not fitted but the underarm area is tight along with the shoulders.

I am a size 6 -8 modern and it is large on me except for the shoulders and under the arms with the seam and cape like back.
In very very good condition.
