50’s Wedding Dress / Champagne Candlelight Gown
vintage 1950s wedding dress by BRIDES BY JEANNIE.
Champagne candlelight gown with illusion top and floral applique.
This little dress is so adorable but quite the mystery.
Trying to research any kind of bridal label is nearly impossible.
I can't quite pin point the decade - leaning toward 50s? Not sure.
But it is beautiful.
Fitted bodice with a heavy satin top and pretty net and applique overlay.
Illusion top with high collar.
Back zipper.
Sleeveless - did it have sleeves originally? Don't know but armholes are hand stitched.
Skirt is a beauty.
Gathered at the waist and full.
Netting with gorgeous flower appliques and wispy embroidered leaves all around the hem.
Lining is a heavy satin.
No accent at waist but I added a pretty ribbon.
Excellent condition

No stretch.

23 waist
36 hips
