1950's brown faux suede box style handbag by Manon Handbags. Styled in a triangular shape with a top goldtone clasp. Front and back upper is trimmed with tan mesh fabric which holds 3 little dots of brown suede on the front. Handle is short and of the same brown fabric.

Inside is lined with peach satin with 2 side compartments, separate change purse and the original plastic comb.

Body measures 5 1/2 inches in height, 9 1/2 inches in length at the largest portion with a thickness of 2 inches.

Outside is in excellent condition. A small spot of soiling on the side of the tan mesh trim and a small spot of color loss on the side under a hinge. The inside is rather soiled and shows some age to the satin.

Stamped Manon on the inside, which was a high end handbag sold only in the best department stores of the era.
