Measures from 22” to 30” at the waist, up to 48” through the hips and length is 29”. Circumference at bottom hem is 90”. Fabric is rayon taffeta. No label. Good condition with no holes or stains; has faded to purple around hem but it’s pretty subtle. True colors are grayish-blue; iridescent.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
