Gorgeous never worn soft pale blue leather mule slippers with wedges from the 1950s. Degas for Saks Fifth Ave.

The tag is still attached to the sole.

A pale blue all leather slipper in a mule style with turned up Genie toes with a pointed tongue.
Even the soles are leather.
A top quality made in Spain shoe
The tongues has a small gathered piece and the toes are slightly pointed.
They have leather linings.
The leather is so soft.

Insole says Made in Spain. Degas Saks Fifth Ave Exclusive. And the drawing of a ballet dancer.
These slippers are just fabulous.

8 1/2" long on the bottom.
3" wide on the bottom. They are not narrow.
Inside 9" into the turned up toes.

I believe a 5 1/2 could wear these due to the backless style.
In excellent unworn condition.
No scuffs or wear at all. Only a few pale tiny age marks on the sides shown in the photo.
