Item description: 1950s cobalt blue silk shantung cocktail dress by designer Paul Parnes. Pop over detachable top that zips in the back. Under is a matching taffeta slip type top with the skirt attached. Two hidden hip pockets and a back metal zipper on both pieces. Dress is in excellent condition.
