1950's black velvet cocktail hat. Base is a black velvet with wired edging and underneath covered placement prongs. Front has 3 little beaded buttons with two long red feathers attached and curved to frame the side of the face. Interior is finished with a gold fabric and a gold lacy trim.

Condition is excellent with no issues.

Inner circumference is 18 inches but given the styling most any size head could wear it.
