Live some 1950's Hollywood glam in this black velvet capelet! The label is Haggarty's of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, which was an upscale store near ritzy Rodeo Drive where starlets and debutantes shopped. Plush black velvet with a fold back shawl collar that's attached at the hem. This creates shallow pockets to keep hands warm! Black taffeta lining. Please realize that this is a short cape, there are no sleeves. There is a rough patch in the pile of the velvet at the hem, on the left side and also where the collar meets the hem on the left side. You can kind of see it in the 7th and 8th photos. Not too noticeable, but I wanted you to be aware. Add instant 50's vintage pin up charm to any cocktail dress or ball gown!
