Wow! This is so couture. I absolutely think this just screams sophistication, elegant and femme fatale. A beautiful example of impeccable craftsmanship. This hat is in excellent vintage condition. I really don't see any flaws. Black is the color. Love the brim of the hat and the style. I Love Love Love this hat. The tulle in the hat is absolutely divine.
