Gorgeous white with black floral print polished cotton party dress. The neckline is draped. The waist has a bow with a rhinestone center. It appears the Muslim crinoline was made to peak out from under the skirt. It zips up the left with a metal zipper. This beauty is in excellent condition! All measurements are taken flat.
