Beautiful veil fascinator in black with little velvet bow embellishments. There is a little cluster of bows right in the center then a scattering of more bows on one side of the veil. There is no label.

Excellent vintage condition. There is one quarter size hole. It is near the edge so could perhaps be trimmed away. See photos.
