This is a union made, 1950s velvet Halo Ring hat. It has beautiful folded ribbon accents and little velvet bow on the back. The perfect topper to any neutral toned outfit!

It’s in good shape. Please see pics for any flaws. There are a couple of places where barrettes have ramped down the velvet. A little steam should fix that.
