It is Handmade and you can tell this from the Delicate Copper Designs. As you can see in the photographs when the light hits the handbag it Glows and the Copper Patterns are Revealed. The way this is made is called hand "cladding". This is very similar to how silver is overlaid on glass. This was done on period silver overlay glassware. It looks like a Little Treasure Chest with a Light Inside.
