This is a classic and well made example of a mid-century rosary. It was made in the 1950's-1960's by "Catamore Sterling Creations" and has it's original silver foil tag. The metal used in the design is a sparkling sterling silver and the beadwork consists of faceted clear aurora borealis beads. It's total length, not including the long dangling portion is 30" and it's total length including the long danging portion is 42". It sparkles like no other when the light hits!

History: Catamore Sterling Silver was a jewelry company in operation from 1942 to 1981. This large, family-owned business was located in Providence, Rhode Island. Their jewelry was sold through Sears, Roebuck and Co. and other stores. Catamore was bought by a London firm in 1981.
