Silver toned base metal, brooch is accented with a round center moonglow stone that measures 8mm. The center is surrounded by rows of alternating 10x4mm rounded rectangle moonglow stones and 4mm gray rhinestones. All stones are prong set, back riveted construction.

Back with moderate tarnish, all stones are clear and intact. Safety clasp firmly attached but bar jiggles slightly.
