This Haskell-style, unsigned 1950s necklace and earrings set is simply fabulous! The 4-strand necklace features faceted, round, marbled orange glass beads and larger, slightly darker, smooth orange beads, strung with gold metal spacers and fastened with an ornate filigree box clasp, decorated with frosty orange-and-white pointy bead "flowers". The way the graduated-in-size beads are strung would place the decorative clasp on the left side, for the wearer, if the largest beads are worn in the center--more visible when worn than if it were placed at the back of the neck. The matching clip-on earrings echo the frosted glass flower design of the necklace clasp, plus additional dark orange rhinestones. A single frosty, faceted glass drop hangs from each. The set is in excellent condition, with just a hint of tarnishing to the clip backs of the earrings. This 1950s necklace set borrows design elements from Miriam Haskell (and her mid-century imitators), and, although unsigned, it is quite well constructed--a high quality 3-piece set of vintage costume jewelry in a unique and vibrant color!
