In a slightly longer tunic length, this vintage cream color never worn Starington panne velvet blouse has a diamond design, quilted fold-down collar, quilted cuffs with removable cuff links, long sleeves and front buttons. Made in Hong Kong, is it in Pristine Mint Vintage Condition, never worn, with the original paper hang tag still attached. The fabric is 60% Rayon and 40% Polyester.
The label inside identifies this as a Starington blouse size 12, however please use the measurements below to assure your perfect fit.
Shoulder to shoulder is 17 and 1/2 inches.
Arm hole opening is 22 inches.
Sleeve length is 24 inches, with the under arm length at 18 and 1/2 inches.
Bust size is 43 and 1/2 inches.
Full length is 31 and 1/2 inches.
Hemline width is 48 inches.
There are 7 inch slits on each bottom side.

This creamy ivory color panne velvet blouse is so well made, flattering in shape and feminine in design, as you would expect from Starington.
The blouse has a structured shape and it is longer, more of a tunic length.

All of the cloth-covered small buttons are intact.
There are lightweight shoulder pads, which could easily be removed if you prefer a more natural shoulder line.
