Here for your consideration is an old pair of 19740s WWII Sweetheart Novelty panties. I am not sure of the size but based on the measurements I would guess around a M. The waist with the elastic stretched to the max they are about a 28" wasit and unstretched they are about 20" with the panties flat and the measurements from one side the hips are about 14" across. The length from wasit to the bottom is about 11". These have no stains or holes but the seams at the edges are starting to fray from age. The material is satin.
