Vtg 40s Womens Black Draped Stingray Panel Dress Tail Back Slinky Size XS/S

Sometimes referred to as a stingray dress due to the shape of the paneling on the dress. Two draped ruffle "tails" at the back. Zipper on back starts about midway of the back. Unsure of fabric content, likely rayon.
