A 1940s true vintage hard straw yellow wide brimmed sporty style hat with a formed crown and striped band. An old Hollywood Film Noir Casablanca hat. Excellent condition.

This wide brimmed Forties sun hat is wider in the front and then it gets narrow in the back. It is hard straw and the crown is flat on the top.
It has striped fabric hat band.

It is meant to fit slightly toward the back or it can be tilted to the front. Whichever you prefer.
It has a narrow brown inside hat band.

It is 21" inside.

In excellent condition and a great example of a 1940s summer hat.
The kind you see in vintage 40s films or magazines.
