Waist - 28 inchesThis beautiful dress is from the 40's. Made of a semi sheer swiss dot cotton. Sweetheart neckline. Shoulder pads. Side metal zipper. Full tiered skirt. Excellent condition. There is one tiny spot hidden in the gathers below the waistline. No holes or stains otherwise. Best fit would be a Medium, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
