Professional construction with no design or manufacture labels present. The hat is styled as a petite boater tilt hat. The foundational hat is done in a navy blue semi lustrous straw with an ivory white mesh netting ruffle trim around the top of the brim. The back of the hat features 2 navy blue bows. The intended fit is as shown with tilt placement to your discretion. The original grosgrain security strap has a bit of elastic attached to the hat and can be worn around the back of the head or under the hair to help secure proper placement.

Condition is listed as excellent, with only a hint of age and mussing noted to the ruffle. The hat is a classic with perfect presentation.
