Vintage 40s smock. This is such a darling print. A cream beige with yellow and brown novelty print. Three large front deep pockets. Buttons at the neck in back and then ties at the waist. If you want complete coverage in the back you would need to add snaps. Otherwise, this would need to be worn with something under if you don't want any bare back peeking out. Cotton.
