Love the 3 layers of ruffling white organza that accent the neckline, form the cap sleeves and cascade down the front.

Skirt is cut in a tulip cutaway hem. Reinforced down the front for structure. Wide lace hem.

Very good condition - freshly washed and ready to wear. There is some minor fraying of the hem on the organza collar. One small blemish on the back of the skirt.
