This gown is nearly 80 years old and as relevant as ever. Absolutely timeless. Made of crisp black taffeta with a peek-a-boo ivory eyelet lace overlay at the bust. The bodice has a sweetheart neckline with thin spaghetti straps. Nipped princess waistline. Voluminous floor length skirt. The bodice is overlayed with ivory eyelet and is cut-straight across the shoulders with a ruffled sleeve detail. It's very charming. There is a copper metal size zipper. Inside the dress, at the hips are panniers of a stiff woven fabric.
