Lovely vintage 1940s navy blue lightweight rayon jersey robe with white piped trim and a sweet Peter Pan collar. This piece of lingerie was originally intended to be packed in a suitcase for travel, hence to slinky rayon jersey fabric. This robe also features: soft gathers at the shoulders, a cute tie at the neck, celluloid buttons, hidden pockets, and a loose fit.

Condition: Excellent minus. One small part of the hem has dropped, and it looks like a previous owner has basted the sleeves shorter. Not necessarily a flaw, but worth a mention. See photos for details.
