WOW!!!! Just wow! This piece is such a lovely coveted item. Tyrolean (or Austrian) knits are fun and quirky - truly the perfect vintage sweater for any collector! This one even has a tag marked 100% wool and from the department store in Washington D.C. “Woodward & Lothrop”. The gorgeous floral embroidery pattern along the front and the sleeves is such a lovely detail to this knit. Sweater buttons up the front with knitted buttons (they are literally knitted like the balls along the rest of the sweater!!!). There is some give to the fabric. Best fits sizes Small to Medium. Model is modern size 4/6.

Measurements when buttoned and not stretched :

Bust: up to 38 inches

Waist: up to 34 inches

Sleeve length: 26 inches

Torso length: 21 inches

Good vintage condition - Minor wear with the addition of some color bleed (mainly the green) from the floral embroidery onto the rest of the knit. This is priced accordingly for this style sweater and age - which are VERY rare! Please see photos below. Sold AS IS.
