This tiered black rayon crepe, late 1940s cocktail dress is the perfect LBD for accessorizing! The dress has wide, horizontal flat pleats down the front of its round-necked bodice and skirt, and also around the sides of the skirt, with a center back section that is un-pleated. The short sleeves are asymmetrical: one is plain and the other has a decorative knot. The matching fabric belt is labeled a vintage size 12, or a modern XS—see the measurements for more size details. The lightweight rayon crepe fabric is unlined, and the dress fastens in back with a metal zipper. This elegant 1940s cocktail dress is in excellent condition.
