A beautiful 40's wool hat with zero issues. So well cared for. Measurements are in pictures and are only approximate and may fluctuate up to a quarter to half inch. A true hat measurement tool is VERY expensive and beyond my means but this tape is much better than the soft cloth and pretty easy to get close especially on firm hats but on soft hats its still possible to be off a bit.

Just a great hat seen worn on a 21. 25 inch crown on mannequin for some reference. Shown as intended to be worn.
