Rhinestones, red velvet, black braid, oh my! Fabric is navy blue rayon faille. Black velvet bow tie, grommet-set rhinestones, collar and cuffs. Black soutache braid on the collar & cuffs. Bracelet sleeves and wasp waist. Small front pockets. Black velvet self-fabric buttons, bound button holes, one snap at neck. Triangular shoulder pads, Unlined. CONDITION: Check bottoms of cuffs, in photos. NOT stained, it's just a change in the nap of the velvet.
