1940s satin dress striped, big collar and button down front. It has a big almost shawl like collar, cuffed sleeves, cinched waist and a full swing like skirt with pockets. The color is hard to describe, it's so beautiful. It's kind of reddish copper color with either deep purple or some kind of brown.

it's a shimmery soft dress. It has some issues. There are places where the color has run. I tried to show it in the photos, but because the dress is so shiny and flowy, it's really hard to see. There are also places where the material has separated along the sleeve. Please see all the photos. These are close ups and I didn't see them when I had it on the mannequin.

One of the buttons is missing, so I put a snap under the button hole. It's the last one on the bottom of the skirt part. You can still see part of the button slit. I priced this accordingly because in great condition, it would have bunch so much more. I make sure to add any issues, no matter how small. That said, if I thought these things would stand out and get in the way of how amazing it will look on, I would never list it. When I bought the dress, I didn't notice any of those things. If you love and don't mind that there can be issues, this is for you. . I don't think these things will stand out when wearing. It's such a spectacular dress in a beautiful colors. There is no label. I think this was handmade.
