This lovely late 1930s 1940s velvet dress is absolutely incredible. The detailing at the waist is just jaw dropping. the additional golden detailing at the shoulders is absolutely breathtaking. Zips up the side, snap closures at the back and a tie at the back. No tags, likely hand made. Would best fit a Small. Model is modern size 4/6.

Good Vintage Condition - This piece is very delicate. There is some wear to this piece, but it still presents so beautifully. Repairs have been made to the back seams at the shoulders, but be careful putting this on as it is a pullover! A few small marks, loose threads, and minor wear spots, present throughout garment inside and out. There are white marks from the adhesive used to repair the piece on the inside of the garment. Two tiny pinholes were also found on the bottom of the skirt.
