Wonderful vintage round cocktail hat, probably 1940s / 50s. SIZE 21. 5 inches. Made of black hat felt, abstract design on top side made out of tiny faux pearls and shiny seed beads. Black feather accent. Black net veil, didn't see any holes or breaks. Black grosgrain ribbon around inside. No tags. In good pre-owned vintage condition - ***Photos taken without flash**
