Classic 40s housecoat with collar and front placket trimmed with ruffled and scalloped white Chantilly lace.

Does up the center front with 4 catseye moonglow lucite button with an additional concealed button halfway down the front between the placket bottom and bottom hem.

Lightly gathered where sewn to the back yoke.

Bracelet length sleeves are lightly gathered at the shoulders and can be worn as shown or folded up.

No pockets. Unlined.

SIZING: Tagged a vintage size 40 Regular. However, as size designations have changed over the years, I'd say this could be worn by a size modern size Extra Large, Extra Large to 1X based on the measurements below. Made to be worn loose through the body, with fitted shoulders.
