1940s red fringe cotton dress with large appliqué flowers. So stunning and very special! The piece is red cotton and is fitted through the torso. No stretch to this beauty. Left side metal zipper and center back zipper. I can’t say if the back zipper was added later or original. The long fringe edge detail is on both sleeves and hem edge. Comes with a matching triangle shawl or however you wish to wear it. Pristine possibly unworn condition. No tags but there is a signature on the inner neckline edge. I researched but could not find any information on the name. I wish I had. I like to imagine that this piece was intended for a dance performance but never worn. Washed and ready to wear.
